Tamela Crockett is originally from Idaho but has lived in Utah for 22 years. She is a mother to 4 and grandmother to 2. She enjoys walking, reading, camping, gardening, and DIY projects. In her free time, she enjoys snuggling up with a good book and her lanky black cat or thrifting with her daughter. Tamela has been a nurse for over 30 years. She is passionate about health and patient education and is excited to be able to lead a team to help the students meet their health needs.

Craig Coleby, MD, FAAP, is a multifaceted physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, and Autonomic Disorders. His board certifications and additional fellowship training in these disciplines reflect his unwavering commitment to his profession and his patients. He joined Granger Medical Clinic in 2010 after working for Greater Houston Emergency Physicians (GHEP) in Houston, Texas, bringing with him over 4,000 hours of pediatric and adult emergency room experience.
Dr. Coleby demonstrates his commitment to serving others through local volunteer and leadership capacity roles. He served on Granger Medical Clinic’s board of directors from 2013 to 2019 and currently serves on the board of directors for Granger’s Medical Community Foundation 501 (c)3, a position he’s held since 2021. He is also an active member of the board of directors of Youthlinc.org 501 (c)3, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering youth and young adult leadership/growth through local community and international humanitarian service. He has served as the medical mentor and team physician for service teams in Thailand (July 2019), Peru (July 2021), Kenya (July 2022), Fiji (July 2023), and Vietnam (June 2024). Currently, he is the Team Physician for Riverton High School Football since 2010.
